I love baking. My mom and I used to bake together when I was a child and as I got older I started to experiment with different recipes on my own. I bake biscuits regularly for my son. He loves melting moments dipped in white chocolate and covered in hundreds and thousands.
This is a photo of my latest batch of biscuits.
My son turned 2 last month. I couldn’t decide whether to make cup cakes or a big cake. In the end I made a chocolate cake. To decorate it I decided to experiment with fondant. Wow, this was fun! It is very messy to make but once it is made, it is a bit like playing with play dough. My husband even joined in with making decorations. Next year I think I will make him a train or a car cake.

Do you like baking? What treats do you like making? I have started making ice creams. I must admit, I have never really liked ice cream, but when you can choose your own ingredients, it is wonderful. Do you like ice cream?
