Do you get enough sleep?

As a busy working mother, sleep is so important. I need at least seven hours a night or I get really grumpy. This article tells us that lack of sleep can also effect our memory and health.


Questions:

1.The article says people who regularly get less than six hours sleep can have more health problems. How much sleep do you get? Do you think it’s enough?

2. It also says sleep improves long-term memory and brain activity. I read daily and try to teach myself new skills like knitting to help my brain stay active. Do you do anything to keep your brain active?

3. How much time do you spend in front of a screen? Do you have your phone beside your bed when you sleep? Do you think this is a good thing?
