Masters degree in educational technology

Technology has become an essential part of education in many parts of the world. However, here in Argentina it is still in its infancy. Not many educators seem to be willing to apply technology to their lessons yet, especially those applications belonging to Internet. On some cases educators claim that institutions do not provide them with the necessary facilities and Internet access. In some other cases, they feel that preparing a class based on technological tools requires too much time and effort which is sometimes not acknowledged by peers and institutions.

I have always been interested in technology and I have always tried hard to innovate in its use, even when I sometimes got little support. I am now pursuing a Masters degree in educational technology and I do hope to be able to help both students and fellow educators to learn how to apply the best of technology.
