One person I admire is the movie critic Roger Ebert. He had cancer and now he cannot eat, drink, or speak. Yet he still writes blogs and tweets about movies. He uses a computer to speak electronically for him.

I heard an interview with him recently and he is very upbeat. The cancer destroyed his jaw bone. He had surgery to repair his face, but it was not successful.
