Fish and Chips

I come from The UK which is famous for fish and chips, and I thought I would miss this dish when I moved to Italy.

I was wrong, "Fritto Misto" is just as good, dare I say even better and somenights I dream about having a plate for my dinner on my terrace.

There are lots of places where you can order "Fritto Misto", however the best place is at local food festivals called "Sagre": there isn't an English translation as we don't have such a love for food as the Italians do.
