Beer Can Chicken

I recently spent some time with my family in America. When I was staying at my dad’s house near Seattle; we decided to make ‘’beer can chicken’’ one night for dinner.


Now, you might ask yourself ‘’what’s beer can chicken?’’. You place a can of beer in the rear of a chicken and then roast the chicken either in an oven or on a BBQ. The unique flavors from the beer make the chicken tasty and juicy. It is an All-American way to cook a chicken!


Some people might think it’s strange and unconventional. I think the real trick to cooking a tasty ‘’beer can chicken’’ is to cook the chicken with the cheapest, lowest quality beer you can buy. I prefer Pabst Blue Ribbon or Miller. So, if you are in America and a friend asks you to try some ‘’beer can chicken’’; be sure to ask for seconds ;)
