Do you practice any sports?

I have never been a sports fan but I know they are very important for our health.
I have taken up yoga and swimming lessons recently. In fact, my Doctor suggested I should do so in order to feel better.
It is very relaxing and you feel full of energy after each lesson! I do recommend you try both. Do you practice any sports?
